Erasmus Plus logo inserted into the text   Outgoing students who wish to study under the Erasmus+ program can undertake studies at a foreign partner university which has the “European Charter for Higher Education” (a university with which Lodz University of Technology has signed an inter-institutional agreement on the Erasmus+ programme.

Enrolment is done through the online application: https://mobility.p.lodz.pl

Registration for outgoing mobility to a partner university

Enrolment takes place in two stages:

  • Stage I: students can choose a university from a list for a given branch of studies made available by the Agreement Coordinator. The list is given in the application https://mobility.p.lodz.pl/.
  • Stage II: students can choose a university from all the partner universities with which Lodz University of Technology has signed an agreement on the selected study branches. The list of partner universities will be limited to those in which there are free places after Stage I of the enrolment. To participate in the enrolment process, the student must register through the online application https://mobility.p.lodz.pl/ and report to the Agreement Coordinator during the enrolment period.

Important!  IFE students applying under the agreement of a different faculty should report to the Agreement Coordinator of the university to which they apply, during the enrolment period. Otherwise, the Coordinator will have no grounds to assign a grade to the student, which is equivalent to obtaining a grade equal to “0”. Students from outside the IFE applying for the outgoing mobility within the framework of the IFE are obliged to report to the IFE Office during the enrolment period.

In each stage of enrolment a student can choose a maximum of 3 foreign universities (considering preferences). In every case, the intended period of exchange must be specified (winter semester/summer semester/one year).

Kindly, see the rules of assessment of the foreign language competences at the address:  http://erasmus.p.lodz.pl/studia/rekrutacja-35768 (point 10, element B)

Important!  Students are obliged to check whether the partner university requires confirmation of passing an international language examination, e.g. TOEFL.

Stage II of the enrolment is for students who were not qualified for any university and those who did not participate in Stage I of the enrolment. The result of the enrolment is binding – students qualified for outgoing mobility in Stage I are not allowed to participate in Stage II.

Applicants will be notified of their enrolment results by e-mail. However, this is not equivalent to being accepted for an outgoing mobility exchange. The final decision is made by the partner university provided that requirements specified by the host university have been satisfied.

In case of having ECTS points missing, in the semester directly before the mobility, it is compulsory to contact the Dean of the given field of studies in order to receive the final approval of departure as well as to determine the possibilities and forms of validation of the failed courses.

In the enrolment process priority is given to the students that have been registered for the current semester of studies. If the student has been granted conditional registration, his position in the enrolment ranking is determined by the number of lacking points. The student having conditional registration is allowed to go an a mobility exchange for one semester only.

Information on the partner universities and courses offered can be obtained from:

  • Foreign university websites,
  • Agreement Coordinators,
  • Student Promoters of the Erasmus Programme,
  • Student Assistance Office (IFE building, ul. Żwirki 36).

In the case of outgoing mobility funded from the Erasmus programme within the framework of the double diploma, the student must satisfy additional criteria and is evaluated according to the arrangements with a partner university.
