Faurecia and IFE
Our company emphasises cooperation with the International Faculty of Engineering and focuses on the development of students by providing them with modern tools to improve not only their theoretical capabilities but also their practical skills. One of these is the Future 4.0 laboratory where young people will be able to gain knowledge related to production optimisation and feel like an employee on a real production line!
We not only provide students with modern solutions, we are happy to establish cooperation and invite them to the Young Talents Factory (internship program). And that's not all! We also organize trainings and lectures as well as regular tours to our plants throughout Poland.
